CORPS CLOSES SWIM BEACH ON DIERKS, GILLIAM LAKES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

ASHDOWN, Ark. – The Corps of Engineers, Millwood Project Office has closed Jefferson Ridge Park East Swim Beach on Dierks Lake and Coon Creek Swim Beach on Gilliam Lake until further notice. The temporary closure is the result of higher than acceptable E. coli levels that were found during routine testing conducted by the Arkansas Department of Health.

ONE LANE OF HIGHWAY 165 ACROSS TABLE ROCK LAKE’S DAM, AUXILIARY SPILLWAY TO TEMPORARILY CLOSE FOR BRIDGE INSPECTION

BRANSON, Mo. – One lane of Highway 165 across Table Rock Lake’s Dam and Auxiliary Spillway will be closed for bridge inspections from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily May 22-23.

CORPS PERFORMING ROAD MAINTENANCE AT THEODOSIA PARK

MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. – The Army Corps of Engineers’ Mountain Home Project Office is closing the camping area at Theodosia Park on Bull Shoals Lake while performing road maintenance May 14 through May 25, weather permitting.

HIGH WATER CONDITIONS ON BULL SHOALS AND NORFORK LAKES

MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. – The Corps of Engineers’ Mountain Home Project Office is advising the public that recent spring rains have created high water conditions on Bull Shoals and Norfork lakes causing the closure of some campsites as well as all the swim beaches.

CORPS TO BEGIN SPILLWAY RELEASE AT TABLE ROCK LAKE
