Military / Veteran Pass

  • Free
  • Available to active-duty U.S. military
    (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Space Force, Reserve and National Guard)

  • Available to dependents of current U.S. military member

  • Available to Veterans and Gold Star family members

  • Non-transferable

Please be aware that not all sites that are capable of issuing passes will have all passes available for sale or issue. For best results, contact the site by phone or e-mail first to ensure availability.

USACE and America the Beautiful Passes

 Visitors to the Corps’ Little Rock District project offices will be able to purchase or obtain the following interagency recreation passes --

  • Interagency Senior Pass
  • Interagency Access Pass
  •  Interagency Annual Pass
  • Interagency Military Pass
  • Interagency Every Kid in a Park 4th Grade Pass
  • Interagency Volunteer Pass.

    These passes will allow their holders free access to boat launch ramps and swimming beaches managed by the Corps. The Senior and Access America the Beautiful passes also provide holders a 50 percent discount on campsites at Corps-managed campgrounds.

    The Corps will continue to sell its own annual day use pass, which allows pass holders access to boat launch ramps and day use areas it manages with no additional entry fee.

    Additionally, the interagency pass program allows each of the federal agencies to retain and reinvest revenues collected from the sale of passes at the local level. The Corps plans to reinvest its revenues at the projects where the fees are collected.

Notice

  • Most passes may be obtained in person at a Federal recreation site or online through the USGS webstore 
  • Many passes require documented proof of status (military, veteran, disability, etc)
  • Passes may provide a 50-percent discount on some Expanded Amenity Fees charged for facilities and services such as camping, swimming, boat launching, and specialized interpretive services.
  • These passes generally do NOT cover or reduce special recreation permit fees or fees charged by concessionaires.

4th Grade Pass

graphic - 4th Grade (Every Kid Outdoors) America the Beautiful Pass

  • Available to U.S. 4th graders (including home-schooled and free-choice learners 10 years of age) with a valid Every Kid in a Park paper voucher.
  • The pass is valid for the duration of the 4th grade school year through the following summer (September - August).
  • Paper vouchers can be obtained by visiting the Every Kid Outside website and can be exchanged for the Annual 4th Grade Pass at Federal recreation sites that charge Entrance or Standard Amenity fees.
  • The pass is non-transferable.

Volunteer Pass

  • For volunteers who acquire 250 service hours with the Federal agencies that participate in the Interagency Pass Program
