LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Army Corps of Engineers has lifted the small craft advisory for the Arkansas River. Advisories are issued when flows reach 70,000 cubic feet per second. LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- The Army Corps of Engineers is seeking bids for farming leases on four plots of public land around Lake Nimrod for hay production.
