    FT. SMITH, Ark. - A Military Exercise “Restricted Zone” will close the Arkansas River (NM. 290.0 to NM 293.0) to all traffic July 24, 2013 from 4:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The 412th Engineering Command will be conducting a bridge crossing exercise.
