Mariners are advised that both upbound and downbound tows should use caution at the following locations until further notice:
NM 155 - Stay to the red line downstream of Toad Suck Ferry L&D (No. 8)
NM 178.4 to NM 179.4 - Run the green line
NM 224.7 to 225.5 - Run 50 feet off the red line
NM 249.0 to 250.0 - Run red line
Based on latest available survey data, depths at all cited locations are adequate, but marginal as long as the special instructions are adhered to.
Mariners should still use caution at the downstream approach to Col. Charles D. Maynard L&D (No. 5) NM 86.3. Upbound and downbound tows should transit along the right descending riverwall.
