NAV NOTICE SWL 13-33 SAILING INSTRUCTIONS

Due to shoaling, mariners are advised that until further notice, both upbound and downbound tows should run the temporary green line while between NM 140.5 and NM 141.8.  No passing is advised while transiting through this reach.
