    MKARNS - To ensure the safety of life and property on the navigable waters of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System (MKARNS) during repair of the Interstate 30 (I-30) Bridge in Little Rock, the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) has issued notice of a transit restriction on the Arkansas River at NM 118.5.
