    USACE to host a public workshop in White County regarding Beaver Dam interim risk reduction measures

    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District has scheduled a drop-in public workshop to discuss the Beaver Dam Interim Risk Reduction Measures from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the White County Emergency Management Office, in Searcy, Arkansas on Dec. 16. Those wishing to attend can drop-in anytime during the meeting to speak with a USACE representative and address any issues they may have about the interim risk reduction measures.

    Blue Mountain Lake’s Hise Hill boat ramp to temporarily close

    PLAINVIEW, Ark. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Blue Mountain Project Office will close the Hise Hill boat launch and parking area on Blue Mountain Lake on Dec. 13. The closure will remain in effect until the first week of February, depending upon weather.

    USACE conducts boundary line maintenance on Bull Shoals Lake

    MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mountain Home Project Office is advising landowners adjacent to public lands around Bull Shoals Lake that contract maintenance crews will be conducting boundary line maintenance along a 170-mile section of government boundary.
