    MKARNS Nav Notice SWL 15-27 Lock 4 Closure - High Flows

    Emmett Sanders L&D - Due to high flows on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System, the Emmett Sanders Lock (NM 66.0) is closed to traffic.

    CORPS CLOSES FOUR SWIM BEACHES ON GREERS FERRY LAKE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

    HEBER SPRINGS, Ark. – The Corps of Engineers, Greers Ferry Project Office has closed Choctaw, Dam Site, Devils Fork, and Hill Creek swim beaches on Greers Ferry Lake until further notice. The temporary closure is the result of higher than acceptable E. coli levels that were found during routine testing conducted by the Arkansas Department of Health.
