    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Mr. Gus Graham III, McGauglin Project, PO Box 956, Tuckerman, Arkansas 72473 has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with the clearing and leveling of 1.6 acres of wooded wetlands and the relocation of 860 linear feet of an unnamed tributary to Pompeys Ditch. The proposed project is located in wetlands and a tributary, in the SW¼ of the NW¼ of section 29, T. 13 N., R. 2 W., west of Tuckerman, Jackson County, Arkansas.

Rock Street Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701 has submitted their West Fork White River (WFWR) Stream Mitigation Bank prospectus. The prospectus outlines the Watershed Conservation Resource Center’s (WCRC) proposal for developing and operating the bank which is known as the banking instrument.
