    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), Mr. Michael Montfort, Willowbend Capital, LLC, has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with the project involves the discharge of fill material below the ordinary high water mark of tributaries and adjacent wetlands leading to Fourche Bayou. This proposed project would result in the filling of approximately 16.8 acres of wetlands and 6,419 linear feet of streams. Note: This is a revision of a previous Public Notice dated March 30, 2026, on the same subject.

    Pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 U.S. Code 403), Ms. Robin Jones, Palarm Station, has requested work in waters of the United States associated with the installation of an approximately 120-foot-long by 6-foot-wide floating boat dock at the applicant’s property along Palarm Creek in Faulkner County. The new dock will be used for personal and commercial purposes.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given Daniel Kellebrew, Highland Pellets LLC., has requested authorization for work in waters of the United States associated the construction of a facility for the integration of carbon capture technologies and a biomass powerplant, resulting in the placement of fill material within 6.53 acres of wetlands, 266 feet of intermittent stream, and the piping of 2,865 linear feet of an intermittent stream.

  • 2026 NWP Reissuance (MO) - Final

    On January 8, 2026, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) published a final rule in the Federal Register (91 FR 768) announcing the reissuance of 56 existing nationwide permits (NWPs) and issuance of one new NWP, as well as the reissuance of NWP general conditions and definitions with some modifications. These 57 NWPs will go into effect on March 15, 2026, and will expire on March 15, 2031.
