  • SWL 2013-00418

    Expiration date: 4/16/2024

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that, Mr. Chase Martin, Dream Big Investments, LLC, 9600 Rowlett Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72113, has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with residential and commercial development. The proposed project is located in wetlands and unnamed tributaries of White Oak Bayou, in the NW 1/4 of section 10, T. 2 N., R. 13 W., North Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The project purpose is to construct multi-family residential and commercial developments. The project site is approximately 30 acres and has previously been used for silviculture activities which has left the project area slightly disturbed. Ten wetlands consisting of approximately 4.1 acres and three streams totaling approximately 2,150 linear feet will be impacted by the project.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDOT), PO Box 2261, Little Rock, AR 72203, has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with the relocation of a 2.4-mile section of State Highway 113. The proposed project is located in western sections 6 and 7, T. 5 N., R. 16 W., Oppelo, Conway County, Arkansas. The project purpose is to improve traffic and economic conditions in the Town of Oppelo.

  • 2022 NWPL Update

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), as part of an interagency effort with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service, is announcing the availability of the final 2022 National Wetland Plant List (NWPL).   • Regulatory Request System (RRS)

    USACE announces the launch of its new Regulatory Request System (RRS). RRS is designed to make the review of permit requests a transparent and efficient process for the public. RRS, currently in a beta version, provides general information on the Regulatory Program and allows the public to submit pre-application meeting requests and jurisdictional determination requests.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDOT), PO Box 2261, Little Rock, AR 72203, has requested authorization for work, including the placement of dredged and fill material, in waters of the United States associated with the replacement of four bridge structures. The structures consist of three bridge spans along Highway 63 over segments of LaGrue Bayou and Wolf Island Slash, and one bridge span along Highway 33 over Honey Creek. The proposed project is located in sections 16, 17, 28 and 29, T. 1 N., R. 5 W., and in section 17, T. 1 N., R. 4 W., Prairie County, Arkansas. The project purpose is to improve traffic conditions by replacing four outdated and insufficient bridges in Prairie County, Arkansas.
