    Pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 U.S. Code 403) and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Mr. Clay McGeorge, Donna Fill, Incorporated, P.O. Box 9054, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72119, has requested authorization for work, including the placement of dredged and fill material, in waters of the United States associated with renewal of their existing permit for commercial dredging in the Arkansas River. The permit would be extended for five years, through December 31, 2029. The operation is located on the Arkansas River, between Navigation Miles 108.7 and 111.7 upstream of David D. Terry Lock and Dam, in Pulaski County, Arkansas. A commercial dredging permit has been authorized in this reach of the Arkansas River since 1981 and authorizes dredging both within the navigation channel and within an area adjacent to the navigation channel.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that The Honorable Barry Hyde, Pulaski County Judge, 201 South Broadway, Rm. 400, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with the modification of an existing permit for the construction of an approximately 60-mile-long recreational trail from Hot Springs National Park to the Central High School National Historic Site. More specifically, the applicant proposes to change the type of impacts to a section (P2) of the trail between Baseline Road and Hilaro Springs Road in the Cloverdale area of Little Rock.

This platform has been introduced to modernize our permit application process and to address our users' expectations by providing a straightforward and transparent process for the submittal of permit requests.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Lazendra Hairston-Barton, Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC), 2 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, AR 72211, has requested authorization for work, including the placement of dredged and fill material, in waters of the United States associated with drawing the lake down, upgrading the Lake Conway primary spillway, installing an auxiliary spillway, mulching vegetation within established and new recreational boat lanes, marking boat lanes with utility poles, and removing one existing boat ramp. The proposed project is located in Lake Conway, in Mayflower and Conway, Faulkner County, Arkansas. The project purpose is to enhance the ability to recreate within and maintain Lake Conway, by updating the flood control structures to modern standards and to improve recreational abilities in the lake by enhancing and creating boat lanes.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that, Emerald Isle Properties, LLC, P.O. Box 14248, Springfield, Missouri 65814, has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with various sediment control activities in Ozark Eagle Lake. The project includes construction of an upstream forebay and sediment collection basin, dredging the lake, and installation of a dredged material disposal impoundment. The proposed project is located in West Fork Bull Creek, in the NW 1/4 of section 21, T. 26 N., R. 20 W., Ozark, Christian County, Missouri. The project purpose is to control and limit the sediment volume flowing into the lake and to restore the lake’s depth. The proposed forebay structure would also dissipate energy during high-flow events to improve the balance of degradation and aggradation within the stream.
