MKARNS - Beginning today, the Emmett Sanders Lock (No. 4) is reopened to navigation traffic. Until further notice this lock will only be available for lockage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM each day, and tow haulage is currently unavailable.

MKARNS - Lock No. 2 (NM 13.3) has reopened to navigation traffic. The lock was closed due to high flows on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System. The flows have now dropped to safe levels to operate the lock.
