MKARNS Nav Notice SWL 19-35 Lock Reopened - Lock No. 2 (NM 13.3)

 MCCLELLAN-KERR ARKANSAS RIVER NAVIGATION SYSTEM

LOCK REOPENED

LOCK NO. 2 (NM 13.3)

Lock No. 2 (NM 13.3) has reopened to navigation traffic.  The lock was closed due to high flows on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System.  The flows have now dropped to safe levels to operate the lock.
