    HEBER SPRINGS, Ark. – Heber Springs Boy Scout Troop 754 improved the Army Corps of Engineers Mossy Bluff Trail on Greers Ferry Lake as part of an Eagle Scout project. The scouts constructed a drainage system, and retaining walls to reduce erosion on the trail. They also resurfaced a portion of the trail making it easier for hikers to traverse.
