The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Table Rock Project Office has reopened the swim beach at Cape Fair Campground. Bacteria levels are now within the acceptable range which allows the swim beach to reopen.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is scheduling a single-lane closure of Highway 165/265 across Table Rock Dam and the adjacent auxiliary spillway from 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. May 28, 2024, for a routine bridge inspection.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will conduct prescribed burns on public lands surrounding Table Rock Lake from March 5, 2024, until April 17, 2024.

USACE announces seasonal closure of the Dewey Short Visitor Center at Table Rock Lake
The Dewey Short Visitor Center will close for the season Dec.1 and will reopen March 1, 2023. The surrounding grounds, picnic facility and the 2.2- mile Lakeshore Trail to State Park Marina will remain open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Temporary lane closure of HWY 165/265 across Table Rock Dam
One lane of Highway 165/265 across Table Rock Dam is scheduled to be closed from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. May 2-4 so work crews can make repairs to hatch covers along the downstream lane. Closure dates and times are weather contingent, and alternate closures will be provided if necessary.

USACE and Ozarks Water Watch announce the 21st Annual Shoreline Clean-Up Event celebrating National Public Lands Day
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District and Ozarks Water Watch are seeking volunteers to participate in the 21st Annual Shoreline Clean-up event in conjunction with National Public Lands Day. The event will take place at Table Rock Lake, Lake Taneycomo and Bull Shoals Lake Sept. 18-19 and 25-26.

Dewey Short Visitor Center opens for the season
The Dewey Short Visitor Center will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning May 15. Masks and social distancing are required per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and commonly touched surfaces will be routinely sanitized throughout the day by park staff.

One lane of Highway 165/265 across Table Rock Dam will be closed from April 19 until October 8 for pavement repair work.
