Box 366, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0366, proposes to establish Mitigation Plan No. SSTF1019-Woods Fork Low Water Crossing Replacement. The project would be established under MCHF’s Stream Stewardship Trust Fund (SSTF) In-lieu Fee Instrument. The project site is on Woods Fork Creek, in the SE1/4 of section 33, T. 26 N., R. 21 W., Christian County, Missouri.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Mr. Michael Griffin, Fort Smith Regional Airport, 6700 McKennon Boulevard, Suite 200, Fort Smith, AR 72903, has requested authorization for work, including the placement of dredged and fill material, in waters of the United States associated with the extension of Runway 26 (and associated taxiway) at Fort Smith Regional Airport. The proposed project is located in wetlands adjacent to Massard Creek, in parts of section 31, T. 8 N., R. 31 W. and parts of section 36, T. 8 N., R. 32 W., Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas.

  • 2021 NWP Reissuance

    PUBLIC NOTICE FOR FEDERAL REGISTER NOTICE ANNOUNCING THE REISSUANCE OF THE NATIONWIDE PERMITS On December 27, 2021, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) published a final rule in the Federal Register (86 FR 73522) announcing the reissuance of 40 existing nationwide permits (NWPs) and one new NWP. These 41 NWPs will go into effect on February 25, 2022, and they will expire on March 14, 2026.
