    Special Table Rock Lake youth deer hunt announced

    BRANSON, Mo. -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is taking applications from youth hunters who would like to participate in a special archery deer hunt Oct. 14-15 at Table Rock Lake.

    USACE draws attention to Greers Ferry water levels ahead of Labor Day weekend

    HEBER SPRINGS, Ark. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is cautioning boaters and visitors to pay attention to Greers Ferry Lake water levels. While these are normal conditions for late summer reservoir operations, they are low for recreational boaters. The lake is more than 7 feet below top of conservation pool and falling daily as we approach the Labor Day weekend. This has prompted USACE to close several boat launch ramps around the lake.

    Single lane and full road closures scheduled for Highway 177 across Norfork Dam

    MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be closing one lane of Highway 177 across Norfork Dam from 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 1 until 5 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2023, for routine maintenance. USACE will begin installing traffic control equipment at 6:30 a.m. on Aug. 28 in preparation for the closure.
