    Pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 U.S. Code 403), notice is hereby given that Mr. Ronnie Duffield, Ronnie Duffield Gravel Company, 16 Bluff Drive, Russellville, Arkansas 72802-7866, has requested a time extension of an existing permit that would authorize the continuation of their commercial excavation of sand and gravel. The project is located on the left descending bank of the Arkansas River, Navigation Mile 201.8, in the SW 1/4 of section 33, T. 7 N., R. 20 W., south of Russellville, Pope County, Arkansas. The basic project purpose is to remove sand and gravel for processing and subsequent individual and commercial use. The overall purpose of the project is to remove the material historically deposited by the Arkansas River with a front-end loader and transport by dump truck for processing and sale.

    Pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 U.S. Code 403) and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Mr. Clay McGeorge, Jeffrey Sand Company, PO Box 9054, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72119, has requested a time extension of their existing permit for commercial dredging. The operation is located within the navigation channel of the Arkansas River, between Navigation Miles (NM) 135.8 and 138.9 and between NM 139.4 and 149.5, in Pool 7, in Pulaski, Faulkner, and Perry Counties, Arkansas. Dredging is permitted both in and out of the navigation channel from NM 135.8 to NM 138.9, NM 139.4 to NM 140.7, and NM 143.8 to NM 147.6. Dredging is permitted in the navigation channel only from NM 140.7 to NM 143.8 and NM 147.6 to NM 149.5. The material will be placed ashore for storage and further processing at the facility on the left descending bank of the Arkansas River at NM 117.3 or at the facility on the left descending bank at NM 157.8.

    Pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 U.S. Code 403) and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that, Mr. Scott McGeorge, Pine Bluff Sand & Gravel Company, P.O. Box 7008, Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71611-7008, has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with the continuation of their commercial sand and gravel dredging operations. The current permitted removal limits are located on the Arkansas River between Navigation Miles 93.9 and 87.4, between Navigation Miles 85.5 and 66.6, and in Lake Langhofer from Pine Bluff Harbor miles 0.0 to 7.5. These areas are in Jefferson and Pulaski Counties, Arkansas.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD), PO Box 2261, Little Rock, Arkansas 72203, has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with replacing the bridge over Coffee Creek on State Highway 216 and widening the approaches. The proposed project is located approximately two miles south of Perryville in section 26, T. 4 N., R. 17 W., Perry County, Arkansas. Total length of the project is approximately 0.4 miles.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation (MCHF), P.O. Box 366, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0366, proposes to establish Mitigation Plan No. SSTF1003-Stone County, entitled the Roundhouse Road Bridge Replacement. The mitigation plan would be established under MCHF’s Stream Stewardship Trust Fund (SSTF) In-lieu Fee Instrument. A draft copy of the mitigation plan has been reviewed by the Interagency Review Team (IRT), which is composed of pertinent state and Federal resource agencies. The project site is on Roundhouse Road at an existing crossing of Crane Creek, in the NE ¼ of section 30, T. 26 N., R. 24 W., Stone County, Missouri. The purpose of the project is to improve aquatic organism passage in the upper reaches of Crane Creek, which supports a high profile wild trout management area. A self-sustaining population of Rainbow Trout thrives in the project area. Maintaining and improving fish passage to the headwaters of Crane Creek is critical to the continued success of this fishery.
