MKARNS - Norrell Lock (No. 1) NM 10.3 will be closed to navigation traffic on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursday, June 25, 2020 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
