    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District recently launched a mobile App for anglers, navigators, paddlers and park visitors. The App delivers current water conditions for Corps’ reservoirs, rivers and streams within the district boundaries to include the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System.
