Annual Day Use Passes Now Available at Russellville Project Office

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Army Corps of Engineers, Russellville Project Office announces that Annual Day Use Passes for 2015 are now available for purchase.  They are for sale at: 1598 Lock and Dam Road in Russellville, 6298 Prince Street in Conway, and 6042 Lock and Dam Road in Ozark.

The passes cost $30 each and Golden Age/Access Passports or America the Beautiful Senior/Access Passports holders may purchase them for $15.

Day Use Pass holders may use any day use area managed by the Corps nationwide at no additional cost.  Area day use fees are charged at the following locations stretching from Little Rock to Fort Smith: Maumelle, Toad Suck, Cherokee, Piney Bay, Shoal Bay, Spadra, Springhill, Aux Arc and Clear Creek parks.  These passes do not apply to other types of fees such as camping or picnic shelter reservation fees.

On March 1, reservation season will begin in many campgrounds including: Maumelle, Toad Suck, Old Post Road, Piney Bay, Shoal Bay, Aux Arc and Springhill parks.  To make your reservation, call toll free 1-877-444-6777 or visit www.recreation.gov on-line.
