LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is hosting a regional Industry Day forum from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Dec. 3 and 4 in the Magnolia 1 and Magnolia 2 Ballrooms at the Hilton Garden Inn West located at 10914 Kanis Road, Little Rock, Arkansas.

This event will provide industry representatives the opportunity to network with government personnel and large and small business contractors.
In conjunction with Industry Day, the Society of American Military Engineers is hosting an ice breaker on Dec. 3. For details, and to register for the event, visit www.same.org/arkansas/icebreaker/.
USACE representatives from Little Rock, and Tulsa as well as representatives from the Small Business Administration, General Services Administration and Arkansas Procurement Assistance Center will give brief overviews of their contracting requirements.
Attendees will receive information about the upcoming fiscal year 2025 projects that are estimated at around $641M. In FY24, the Little Rock District executed more than 897 contracting actions totaling around $462M.
The Little Rock District has a vast and diverse mission that encompasses both military and civil projects. Within the district’s geographic boundaries, they are responsible for operating 12 multipurpose lakes, 13 locks and dams, 308 miles of navigation on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System, 138 parks and seven hydroelectric plants.
