    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Mr. Mark Yingling, The Doe Run Company, 1801 Park 270 Drive, Suite 300, St. Louis, Missouri 63146, has requested authorization for work, including the placement of dredged and fill material, in waters of the United States associated with a diversion channel. The proposed project is located within and adjacent to the West Fork of the Black River (West Fork), in the SE ¼ of section 1, T. 32 N., R. 2 W., Reynolds County, Missouri. The basic purpose of the project is to prevent stream flow into an underground mine facility. The overall purpose of the project is to permanently redirect channel flow through an existing diversion channel for the avoidance of environmental hazards associated with mining activities.

    Consideration of reissuance of a Regional General Permit (RGP) for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with the authorization of recreational facilities. On April 17, 2013, the Little Rock District Corps of Engineers issued a RGP for recreational facilities in navigable waters of the United States within the States of Arkansas and Missouri. As lead Corps District in the state, Little Rock District is responsible for coordinating advertisement and review of comments on this statewide regional general permit. Little Rock, Vicksburg, and Memphis Districts are represented in the State. The authority for permit issuance is found in Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 U.S. Code 403) and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344). Corps districts are authorized to develop RGPs in accordance with Title 33, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 325.2(e)(2) and 325.5(c)(1).

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that, Mr. Chris Beason, Zero Mountain, Inc., P.O. Box 6209, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72906, has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with the expansion of the North Little Rock Zero Mountain cold storage facility. The proposed project is located in wetlands, in section 25, T. 2 N., R. 12 W., North Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The basic purpose of the project is to expand the size of an existing cold storage facility. The overall purpose of the project is to expand a facility with approximately 88,000 square feet of cold storage capacity to approximately 318,000 square feet of cold storage capacity.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Mr. Jim Hastings, Diamond Development II, 1890 Lawson Road, Little Rock, AR 72210, has requested authorization for work, including the placement of dredged and fill material, in waters of the United States (WOUS) associated with a proposed residential development site. The proposed project is located in an unnamed tributary of Owen Creek along with jurisdictional wetlands, in the SW 1/4 of section 12, T. 1 S., R. 14 W., Bryant, Saline County, Arkansas. The basic purpose of the project is to provide housing through a residential development. The overall purpose of the project is to prepare lots for the Creekside Addition, Phase I, that will include clearing vegetation, ground leveling, road construction, establishment of utilities, and discharge of fill material into WOUS.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that, Mr. John Mike Bell; Bell Boys LLC, PO Box 269, Marion, Arkansas 72364, has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with the re-construction of a lake. The proposed project is located in Booth Creek, in the NW ¼ of section 13, T. 19 N., R. 4 W., east of Hardy, Sharp County, Arkansas. The basic purpose of the project is for wildlife and a fishing lake. The overall purpose of the project is to re-construct an 18.25-acre lake on Booth Creek.
