Shoreline Request Delays

Beaver Lake Residents - Due to temporary staffing shortages caused by the federal hiring freeze, shoreline use requests may take longer than usual to process. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to address each request in the order it was received.

Dock Relocation Request

Authorization for the relocation of existing docks to a new site location may be requested with this form. Relocation of existing facilities will only be considered in areas allocated as Limited Development Area as indicated on the shoreline zoning map.  Additional requirements for potential dock relocations can be found in the 2018 Beaver Lake Shoreline Management Plan (Pages 17-20).  All relocation requests must be made in person or over the phone with the Beaver Lake Duty Ranger.

The Duty Ranger will return messages Monday through Friday during normal business hours at 479-636-1210, ext. 1710.

They can assist you with boat dock and other shoreline-related issues.

NOTE:  Any relocation of an existing facility requires all owners to meet the access requirements of the 2018 Shoreline Management Plan. This includes single and multi-owner docks.
