1. Notarized bill of sale for slip/s being conveyed

2. Proof of legal access (warranty deed, quitclaim deed, recorded perpetual easement etc.)

3. Valid vessel registration for vessels you own that may be moored in the slip/s.

NOTE: Per the 2018 SMP, a single-family household may own interest in only one dock and up to two slips.
