MKARNS NAV NOTICE SWL 16-58 U.S. Coast Guard Safety Zone-Extension NM 118.6 to NM 119.6

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - To ensure the safety of life and property on the navigable waters during demolition of the Broadway Bridge, the existing U.S. Coast Guard safety zone on the Arkansas River from mile marker 118.6 to mile marker 119.6 has been extended to December 01.

MKARNS NAV NOTICE 16-57 U.S. COAST GUARD ADVISORY CONCRETE DEMOLITION CHANNEL CLOSURE NM 118.6 TO 119.6 MCCLELLAN-KERR ARKANSAS RIVER NAVIGATION SYSTEM

The concrete footings of the Broadway Bridge in Little Rock are scheduled to be demolished at 9 a.m. on Oct. 30. The main navigation channel is scheduled to be closed from 8:30 a.m. – 10 a.m. The safety zone previously established by the U.S. Coast Guard remains in effect from NM 118.6 to NM 119.6.

LITTLE ROCK, AR - The demolition of the concrete arch spans of the Broadway Bridge in Little Rock has been rescheduled to 8:00 a.m. on October 15. The main navigation channel is scheduled to be closed from 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
