NAV NOTICE SWL 13-41 MKARNS - LOCK 9 REOPENED
Arthur V. Ormond L&D - Mariners are advised that Arthur V. Ormond Lock and Dam (No. 9) NM 176.9 has reopened to navigation traffic.

Due to a lock gate obstruction, mariners are advised that Arthur V. Ormond Lock and Dam (No. 9) NM 176.9 will be closed to navigation traffic until further notice.
NAV NOTICE SWL 13-39 WHITE RIVER ENTRANCE CHANNEL INCREASED DIFFERENTIALS
MKARNS - This is to advise mariners transiting the White River Entrance Channel (WREC) of increased head differentials between Norrell Lock and Dam and Montgomery Point Lock and Dam.

MKARNS - Sailing instructions have been lifted between NM 140.5 and NM 141.8.

MKARNS - Sailing instructions have been lifted for the temporary green line between NM 140.5 and NM 141.8. However, mariners are advised that until further notice, both upbound and downbound tows should run the red line while between NM 140.5 and NM 141.7.
