REVISED SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
NM 142 to NM143
MCCLELLAN-KERR ARKANSAS RIVER NAVIGATION SYSTEM
Due to shoaling, mariners are advised that until further notice, both upbound and downbound tows should run the center line from NM 142 to NM 143. No passing is advised while transiting this reach.
This revision is based on surveys taken earlier today. The Army Corps of Engineers M/V Dan Reeves and its crane barge will report to this area by Wednesday, March 2, 2016 (sooner if possible) to begin clamming high spots.
