MKARNS Nav Notice SWL 15-59 Revised Sailing Instructions NM 142.0 to NM 143.2

Due to shallow pool conditions, mariners are advised that until further notice, both  upbound and downbound tows should run the center line while between NM 142.0 and NM 143.2.  No passing is advised while transiting through these locations.
