MKARNS Nav Notice SWL 15-58 Revised Notice 2015 Scheduled Lock Closures

The closure dates for Montgomery Point L&D have been revised as shown below.  The other closure dates shown below remain unchanged.

Murray L&D (No. 7)                          Aug 30 – Sep 04          Inspect miter gates

Montgomery Point L&D *                 Sep 07 – Oct 14            Replace miter gate gudgeon pins

* The navigation pass will be open if tailwater > 115 ft.

Intermittent closures, lasting a few hours at a time, will occur in the week preceding each of the above closures as maintenance crews prepare the work sites.
