NAV NOTICE SWL 14-20 MKARNS - Sailing Instructions NM 64.0 - NM 64.4

Due to shallow pool conditions, mariners are advised that until further notice, both upbound and downbound tows should stay 25 feet away from the red buoys while between NM 64.0 and NM 64.4.
