Mountain Home, Ark. – Upcoming maintenance on Bull Shoals Dam requires one lane of the Arkansas Highway 178 bridge across the dam to close beginning at 6:30 a.m. April 1 until 5 p.m. Aug. 15.
The closure has been coordinated with local emergency and law enforcement agencies. Officials from the Army Corps of Engineers Mountain Home Project Office said they regret any inconvenience this may cause. If you are traveling in this area, please expect delays, obey stoplights, and operate cautiously around equipment and work crews.
