NAV NOTICE SWL 13-37 MKARNS REVISION TO SAILING INSTRUCTIONS NM 140.5 TO NM 141.8

Sailing instructions have been lifted for the temporary green line between NM 140.5 and NM 141.8.  However, mariners are advised that until further notice, both upbound and downbound tows should run the red line while between NM 140.5 and NM 141.7.  No passing is advised while transiting through this reach.  Tow operators should call the lock for instructions on contacting the dredge operator that is currently in this area.
