NAV NOTICE SWL 13-21 - MKARNS USCG SAFETY ZONE CANCELLED

The Safety Zone previously established by the Coast Guard for June 1, 2013, has been cancelled.  The Arkansas River Canoe and Kayak Race will now take place on the Little Maumelle River, due to high flows on the MKARNS. There will be no restrictions to navigation traffic.
