Table Rock Lake Recreation Areas Open for the Season

BRANSON, Mo. -- The Army Corps of Engineers parks on Table Rock Lake are now open for the 2013 camping season.  Moonshine Beach will open on May 15.

BRANSON, Mo. -- The Army Corps of Engineers parks on Table Rock Lake are now open for the 2013 camping season.  Moonshine Beach will open on May 15.  

Site specific reservations for campsites and picnic shelters can be made through the National Recreation Reservation Service by calling toll free 1-877-444-6777 or visiting the reservation website at www.recreation.gov.  

Annual Day Use Passes are available for purchase at all open parks or can be purchased via telephone by calling 417-334-6394.

The Dewey Short Visitor Center is also gearing up for the 2013 season.  The visitor center is open daily from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.  Beginning Memorial Day weekend, the center will remain open until 6 p.m. 

The next free program at the visitor center will be a Wildflower Hike from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. Saturday May 11.  For more information regarding the visitor center or upcoming programs contact the Ozark Rivers Heritage Foundation at 417-334-6394.
