NAV NOTICE SWL 13-08 MKARNS - SAILING INSTRUCTIONS

From Feb. 20 through March 20, mariners are advised to use caution, transit along the green line and not moor on the left descending bank between NM 153.0 and NM 154.5, downstream of Toad Suck Ferry L&D (Lock 8). 

This request is due to construction on a new waste treatment plant at the levee on the left descending bank.
