Partial closure of Pigeon Creek Park

MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has announced the immediate closure of portions of Pigeon Creek Park on Norfork Lake for road repairs.

Until further notice, the gate restricting access to half of Pigeon Creek Park will remain closed during the repair work. This closure includes the Cypress Grove Parking area and the boat launch at the park’s end. However, the first boat launch area will remain open. Pedestrian traffic through the closed section will still be permitted.

USACE officials apologize for any inconvenience and request the public’s cooperation until the repairs are completed.
