USACE to temporarily close David D. Terry Park

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be closing David D. Terry Park beginning at 5 p.m. on Aug. 23 until 5 p.m. on Aug. 24 for a special event.

The park will be closed to all traffic, including pedestrian access for fishing, sightseeing, etc. As an alternative, park visitors can visit the day use area at Willow Beach Park which is located on the other side of the Arkansas River near Scott, Arkansas.
