USACE reminds visitors about winter campground schedule at Greers Ferry Lake

HEBER SPRINGS, Ark. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Greers Ferry Project Office would like to remind visitors that as of Sept.15 Cove Creek, Sugar Loaf, Shiloh, Hill Creek, Mill Creek and Narrows parks were closed for the season.

Old Highway 25 and Heber Springs parks will be open through Oct. 31.

Dam Site, Devils Fork, Choctaw and John F. Kennedy parks will remain open for winter camping, starting Nov. 1. Greers Ferry Lake is 100% reservable and customers must make reservations online at www.recreation.gov or by calling 877-444-6777.
