The Rob Roy Railroad Bridge in Pine Bluff and the Baring Cross Railroad Bridge in Little Rock are currently closed. The bridges are both stuck in the down position due to snow and ice on the bridge. There is no estimate at this time on when the bridges will return to normal operations.
