Mariners are advised that a work/crane barge will be positioned in the left descending navigation channel of the Interstate-30 Bridge at NM 118.5 in Little Rock. This will take place from 7 a.m., Nov 30 through 5 p.m., Dec 11 as work continues on the bridge pier protection cell. During this time, all upbound and downbound vessels must use the right descending navigation channel only. Mariners may contact the onsite workboat, M/V Ray Pensrum, on VHF-FM channel 13 or 16.
