LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- The Army Corps of Engineers announces the third meeting of the Table Rock Lake Oversight Committee.
The virtual meeting will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, July 16 via - teleconference.

The agenda for Meeting Three is as follows:

I. Call to Order, DFO and TRLOC Chairperson
II. Public Comment Session
III. Presentations of Requested Material Related to Draft Master and Shoreline Management Plans
IV. Corps Presentation on Commander Recommended Review of Permit
V. Committee Discussion/Questions/Recommendations on Master Plan
VI. Committee Discussion/Questions/Recommendations on Shoreline Management Plan
VII. Committee Discussion/Questions/Recommendations on Commander Recommended Review of Permit
VIII. Adjournment

Members of the public will be permitted to make verbal telephonic comments during
specified times during the meeting. A three hour period will be provided near the beginning of
this meeting for the verbal comments. In the interest of time and to give everyone a chance to be heard, individuals will be
given a maximum of two minutes to address their comments to the TRLOC. Individuals will not be allowed to transfer time to other individuals.

The conference line will open at 7:30 a.m. on July 16. Members of the public wishing to
listen to the committee meeting will need to call (Toll Free) 844-291-4185 or 409-207-6997 and
when asked use access code 6899777. Once you dial in the operator will ask you for your name.
You will then be put on hold and muted until the meeting begins at 8 a.m.

Once the verbal comment period opens the operator will ask the individuals wishing to
speak to type a specific code on their phone and they will be put in a public comment cue. When
it is time for the individual to make their comments the operator will again ask for their name
and unmute their line so they can make their comments. Once their two minutes are up they will
be put on mute and the next caller will be identified. If the caller begins to make unruly comments, their line will be immediately muted and
they may be removed from the call.

All reference materials, including the planned PowerPoint presentations will be posted to
the Table Rock Lake Oversight Committee website prior to the start of the meeting. The public
can access those materials by visiting https://go.usa.gov/xfcmr.

The public or interested organizations may also submit written comments or statements to
the committee, in response to the stated agenda of the open meeting or in regard to the
committee’s mission in general.

Each page of the comment or statement must include the author's name, title or
affiliation, address, and daytime phone number. Written comments or statements being submitted
in response to the agenda must be received by the Designated Federal Officer by July 9, 2020 to
be considered by the Committee.

The DFO and the committee chair will review all timely submitted written comments or
statements and ensure the comments are provided to all members of the committee before the
meeting.

Written comments or statements received after this date will not be provided to the
committee, as their final recommendations will be submitted to the District Commander for
consideration during the third meeting.
Please note that because the TRLOC operates under the provisions of the Federal
Advisory Committee Act, all written comments will be treated as public documents and will be
made available for public inspection.

A court reporter will be in attendance to record the TRLOC meetings.

The TRLOC is an independent Federal advisory committee established as directed by
Section 1185(c) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016. The committee is advisory
in nature only with duties to include providing information and recommendations to the Little
Rock District commander on revisions to the Table Rock Lake Master Plan and Shoreline
Management Plan.

The TRLOC may also, at the discretion of the District Commander, review
any permit to be issued under the provisions of the existing master plan and shoreline
management plan until any approved revisions are finalized and become part of the formal
governing documents.
