CORPS BEGINS SPILLWAY RELEASES AT BEAVER LAKE

ROGERS, Ark. – The Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District will being opening spillway gates by noon and all seven gates will be open one foot by 1 p.m.
The spillway release of 7,600 cubic feet per second combined with 3,800 c.f.s. released through one turbine generator with have a combined release of about 11,400 c.f.s. Currently one hydropower unit is off-line for repairs.
