MCCLELLAN-KERR ARKANSAS RIVER NAVIGATION SYSTEM
Due to shoaling, mariners are advised that until further notice, both upbound and downbound tows should favor the short wall while entering and exiting the downstream approach to Joe Hardin Lock (No. 3).
