A Military Exercise “Restricted Zone” will close the Arkansas River (NM. 290.0 to NM 293.0) to all traffic July 23, 2014 from 4:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The 412th Engineering Command will be conducting a bridge crossing exercise.
No vessels may enter or remain within this Restricted Zone unless specifically authorized by the lockmaster at James W. Trimble Lock and Dam. Mariners are advised to contact James W. Trimble Lock and Dam on VHF-FM Channel 16 or by phone at (479) 452-0488 for further information.
