Mariners are advised to use caution when sailing between Navigation Mile (NM) 23.1 (Cooks Point Light) and NM 24.6 (upstream of Ross Ferry Light). Mariners are reporting shoaling in this area, and that they are favoring the green line. Due to high flows, the Corps of Engineers has not surveyed this area and cannot verify either channel depths or sailing instructions.
