To ensure the safety of life and property on the navigable waters during the Riverfest fireworks display in Little Rock, AR, a safety zone will be enforced by the Coast Guard on the Arkansas River from NM 118.7 to NM 119.2. The safety zone will be in effect from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. on May 25. No vessels may enter or remain within this safety zone unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port or an on-scene representative. Vessels may contact the Coast Guard Sector Lower Mississippi River on VHF-FM Channel 16 for further information.
