Ozark-Jeta Taylor Lock (No. 12) NM 256.8 has reopened to navigation traffic. Until further notice the lock will only be available for lockage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM each day, and tow haulage is currently unavailable.
Mariners are asked to contact the lock on Channel 16, prior to arrival, for current information. Mariners are also reminded that the navigation channels and lock approaches in Arkansas have not been surveyed, as currents are still moving sediment and preventing safe operation of survey vessels.
